• SEND A MESSAGE TO A BANKER: We typically respond within 2-4 hours during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm CST.)

• CHANGE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION ONLINE: Edit your address, email and phone number in your Online Banking Account settings. 

How to Sign-Up for Online Banking

• Go to bankofthevalley.com.
• Click on the 'Online Banking' tab.
• Click 'First Time User'.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
